Developed from years of research with the best MotoGP riders and with Alpinestars customers and to the data of millions of kilometers and thousands of accidents analyzed all this to constantly improve the intelligent accident detection algorithm. When identifying an accident situation, the protective airbag is active which provides unrivaled protection to the motorcyclist. The maximum inflation time of the airbag fluctuates between 20 and 40 ms.

The Tech-Air 5 vest is equipped with an active electronic system that includes six integrated sensors (3 gyroscopes and 3 accelerometers) and a crash algorithm that uses artificial intelligence to accurately monitor the inflation of the airbag in the event of an accident.

EASY TO USE

The system is extremely easy to use; close the zipper of the vest and close the magnetic flap and you are ready to drive. An LED display indicates the operational status of the airbag and the certified integrated lithium-ion battery has a battery life of 30 hours of driving. The system is equipped with a magnetic micro USB charger that allows quick, easy and convenient charging.

CONNECTIVITY '

Bluetooth connectivity to a Tech-Airo app allows you to access the system's operational status, battery status and run analysis which also includes printing the route on a map. The app can also update the system firmware when improved crash detection algorithms are released.
